Hamelon with Cool Melon Sauce


Melon Balls
9 oz. Isaly’s Chopped Ham, thinly sliced
1/2 Honeydew melon
¼ cup Lime Juice
Fresh Mint

Sauce (Can be prepared up to 24 hrs. before serving with ham and melon balls)

1/2 Honeydew melon
1 lemon
1 orange
1 packet powderized Saffron
½ tsp curry
5 Tbs Marsala
4 tsp Sugar
Pinch of salt


Melon Balls
1. Prepare melon balls with melon baler
2. Toss in lime juice
3. Wrap each ball in slice of ham and secure with mint sprig


Can be prepared up to 24 hours before serving with melon balls in ham

Blend all ingredients in blender till sauce-like consistency; chill.
Serve alongside melon balls.
