Isaly’s Annual “Great Chipped Chopped Ham Challenge” at the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute.
Students compete by preparing their own culinary inventions using Isaly’s Chipped Chopped Ham. Photos follow stages of preparation, winding up at the moment of truth—the tasting by our distinguished judges, and (drum roll) the three talented winners. Winners receive scholarship money applied directly to their student tuition accounts at the Culinary Institute.
