4 or 5 hard-boiled eggs
1 chopped onion
Mayonnaise to tste
1 lb. Isaly’s Chipped Chopped Ham
Salt and pepper
½ tsp. dry mustard (optional)
Grated Cheddar, American or cheese of your choice
Hot dog buns
Directions
- Mash or chop eggs
– Add chopped onion and enough mayonnaise to reach egg-salad consistency
– Stir in Isaly’s Chipped Chopped Ham
– Add salt and pepper (dry mustard optional) to taste
– Blend ingredients and fill hot dog buns.
– Sprinkle cheese over filling
– Wrap in foil and warm at 250 degrees until cheese melts
