Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes with Isaly’s Chipped Ham


Ingredients

2 Sweet potatoes
1 tbsp. Honey
1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Nutmeg
1 ¼ tsp. Cinnamon
1 oz. Hot Pepper Cheese
4 oz. Shredded Isaly’s Chipped Ham


Directions

Start by baking the potatoes in oven at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
Cut potatoes in half and scrape meat from potato leaving the shell. Mash the potatoes. Mix in the honey, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, cheese, and ham. Pipe the potatoes back into the potato shell. Place back in over for 15-20 minutes.
