Spinach, Artichoke and Ham Spread

Ingredients

1-10 oz. pkg. Spinach, thawed
8 oz. Artichoke Hearts, chopped
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
8 oz. Sour Cream
¾ c. Shredded Parmesan Cheese
½ c. Onion, minced
TT Salt and Pepper
½ c. Isaly’s Chipped Ham, brunoise (very small dice)
½ c. Isaly’s Chipped Ham, thinly sliced
1 pkg. Crackers or bread of choice
As needed Olive Oil


Directions

1. Sweat onions in small amount of oil, add spinach and heat slightly.
2. While still hot, add onions and spinach to the cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese and artichokes. Mix well.
3. Put mixture into a food processor, pulse and season.
4. Remove and fold in brunoise (finely diced) Isaly’s Chipped Ham.
5. Spread thin layer of mixture on cracker or toasted bread of choice. Top with a thin slice of Isaly’s Chipped Ham.
6. Garnish with rosette of cream cheese and top with herb of choice.
