Josh’s World-Famous Egg Sammitches

Ingredients

two eggs
butter (softened)
3-5 pieces of Islay’s Chipped-Chopped ham
cheese (either american single squares or your grated favorite)
two slices white bread



Directions

1)Grease frypan with butter
2)Fry two eggs in frypan over medium heat, breaking yolks only once and flipping eggs twice
3)remove eggs and cover to retain heat.
4)Place Islay’s Chipped Chopped ham in frypan. Cook until just beginning to brown.
5)Butter one side of each piece of bread.
6)Put one slice of bread in pan, butter side down.
7)Place cheese on bread.
8)Place ham on cheese
9)Place eggs on top of ham
10)Top with other bread slice, butter side up.
11)Flip carefully when bread is browned on bottom.
12)Continue to cook until both bread slices are browned and cheese is melted.


Comments and serving suggestions

Serve as whole sandwich or cut diagonally.
