Isaly’s Ham and Vidalia Onion Tart

Ingredients

1 Piecrust
4 Eggs
1-½ cups Light cream
1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
2/3-cup Vidalia onion, small diced
½ cup Minced parsley
½ pound Isaly’s Swiss Cheese
½ pound Isaly’s Chipped Chopped Ham


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put your pie crust in a tart pan or pie pan and bake pie crust 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
2. In a large bowl mix together the 4 eggs in a bowl. Add the light cream, black pepper, Vidalia onions, parsley, cheese, and ham to the eggs and mix together.
3. Fill the pie crust with the mixture and bake for about 30 – 40 minutes or until a fork inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool about 10 minutes before serving
