Isaly’s Creamed Chipped Chopped Ham Over Biscuits


1 lb. Isaly’s Chipped Chopped Ham
½ tsp. pepper
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. seasoned salt, optional
Buttermilk Biscuits (in the refrigerator section of your supermarket; follow instructions on package)

White Sauce (prepare as follows):
1 stick margarine
6 tbsp. flour
2 cups milk, warmed


- Melt margarine in saucepan over medium heat and add flour until it forms a paste. With wire whisk, slowly add milk as needed to achieve smooth, creamy consistency
- Mix in seasonings and ham, stirring until warm. Serve over biscuits
