Creamed Chipped Ham Over Toast


¼ lb. Isaly’s Chipped Chopped Ham
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 cup milk
½ tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Slice of bread, toasted


- Melt butter or margarine in saucepan
– Add flour and stir for a few minutes
– Add milk and Worcestershire Sauce, stirring until sauce is smooth and has thickened. (Cooking too long will cause the sauce to separate.)
– Stir in Isaly’s Chipped Chopped Ham, warming in the sauce; then spoon over toast
